He has successfully completed a variety of jury trials and his experience in personal injury motion practice is 2nd to none in Southern Utah. Nate knows all too well the runaround we southern Utahn’s get when dealing with insurance claims departments. He loves being available to his clients to walk them through the process, and he prides himself on excelling and winning if a lawsuit ever does become necessary to protect the rights of his clients. His breadth of litigation and trial experience has given Nate the reputation of a bit of a bulldog. Nathan graduated from the University of Utah with a bachelors degree and then stayed at the U to complete law school as well.  His legal education from the S.J. Quinney College of Law at the University of Utah gave Nate exposure to top-notch legal training in a variety of areas of the law. Nate enjoys off-roading and camping in Utah’s Dixie National Forest with his family. He brings with him a great breadth of experience in handling complex civil litigation matters. Kigan has successfully resolved a wide variety of injury cases of all sizes. He has particular expertise is car accident cases where he has achieved successful results on cases ranging from wrongful deaths to mere fender benders. 

Kigan is a dedicated advocate. He earned his bachelor’s degree in international relations at Byu. He used that degree to go to the law school in Washington DC, at American University. Since earning his law degree, Kigan has consistently given back to his community by teaching middle school and high school students about the law, volunteering at student Mock Trial competitions, and providing pro bono representation. Kigan enjoys rock climbing, playing football, and covering songs on his guitar. He is a great addition to our firm and will provide excellent representation for you and your family.
