Paralegal – Kylie Kennedy

Kylie Kennedy

Kylie

Kylie Kennedy is a paralegal at McMullin Injury Law. She will be the first person to greet you when you walk through the door. She will also most likely be the first person you speak with when you call our office. Kylie’s primary responsibility is to make sure that our clients have all their questions answered as quickly and easily as possible. At our firm, we pride ourselves on giving our clients access to our attorneys, but with busy schedules, meetings, court dates, and time spent assisting other clients, sometimes answers can’t come right away- that’s where Kylie comes in. She does an amazing job of making sure that the every need of our clients is met. Whether that means handling property damage issues, getting bills paid by insurance on time, or simply walking injured victims through the process of what comes next- Kyle is there to help.

Kylie is a champion at multi-tasking. She enjoys itemizing what every client needs in order of importance and seeing those tasks through to the end to ensure that it is done right. She really enjoys working directly with clients and helping them make the best of a bad situation. She understands that injured victims have it rough. It’s her job to make things better and she loves that.

Education

Kylie has a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Communications from Dixie State University. There she learned valuable skills in how to communicate effectively and she uses those skills to help clients get what they need in an efficient manner. While there, she studied abroad for a month in Japan as a part of her senior thesis. Prior to college, Kylie graduated from Pineview Highschool right here in St. George, Utah.

Personal Life

In her personal life, Kylie is passionate about entrepreneurship. She owns her own jewelry company Groupie Love. It is headquartered right here in St. George. She spends her off-work hours using guitar picks to hand-craft custom jewelry. Kylie looks forward to the rest of her career here as a valuable part of McMullin Injury Law- but she does love to travel and hopes to one day retire and live somewhere with an ocean view.
